These bohemian, beaded necklaces are meticulously handmade with glass beads and each one is a unique design that can be worn as a hat adornment or as a necklace. All our beaded jewelry is handmade by female Huichol Artisans, an indigenous tribe from Mexico.
The Huichol have managed to preserve their very old traditions, for which they are very proud. The Huichol are one of the ethnic groups that has managed to remain pure since before the time of the Spanish conquest.
They are strongly inspired by mother nature which can be seen clearly in their art. The most recurring symbols being; moons, suns, trees, labyrinths, spirals, mountains and cosmic oceans.
