Grown in the fertile valley of Inza, Colombia, La Piramide is the result of an extraordinary collaboration between three hundred small-scale coffee producers. Their farms, typically less than 5 acres, are nestled at altitudes ranging from 1,700 to 2,000 meters above sea level. The modest scale of these farms means that individual producers often face the risk of being overlooked by roasters seeking larger quantities. By joining forces, this passionate community ensures their coffee receives the recognition it deserves. The labor of love from these united hands cultivates this exceptional cup. 

This coffee is fully washed before being sun dried in shaded greenhouse patios. La Piramide is remarkably sweet and complex, with notes of sugar cane, strawberry, and chocolate.
